Benchmark and tune
An optional track that measures what your Mac can do, suggests changes, and proves whether they helped.
Benchmark
From Hardware, Benchmark this machine measures memory bandwidth, GPU compute and real model speed with MLX (and Ollama, if it is installed), in about two minutes. Each measurement is repeated and noise is reported, so you can tell a real difference from chance. The headline numbers are pinned across the top of every page.
Tune
aituner then shows a diff of the system changes it suggests, based on your measurements. Nothing is applied until you approve each change, and every change can be reverted:

Re-run and report
Re-run the benchmark to compare before and after. A change that does not help is reported as such. The Report page shows every measurement with all its trials, compares runs, and exports Markdown, CSV or JSON, or saves them to your reports folder.
